Current Status & Outlook | BISING (SURIGAE) downgraded into a Severe Tropical Storm (STS) as it moves eastward slowly across the North Philippine Sea…will exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by tomorrow.
24-hr Outlook: STS BISING (SURIGAE) is forecast to move east-southeastward at an increased speed of 17 km/hr across the Western Pacific Ocean. This cyclone is expected to begin transition into an Extratropical Cyclone within the next 24 to 36 hours. |
