#AgatonPH has rapidly upgraded into a Tropical Depression (TD) while lingering along the coastal waters of Eastern Samar-Northern Caraga Area. This cyclone will continue to dump heavy to torrential rains + thunderstorms across Eastern Visayas and portions of Central and Western Visayas, Southern Bicol, Northern Caraga, and some portions of Northern Mindanao.
