**This is the Final Advisory on the 15th Philippine Tropical Cyclone for 2024.

• SATURDAY MORNING: Makes landfall over Southern Taiwan, weakens to a Tropical Storm…about 25 km SE of Kaohsiung, Taiwan [8AM Nov 16: 22.5°N 120.5°E @ 85-100 kph].  Forecast Confidence:  MEDIUM
• SATURDAY AFTERNOON:  Dissipates as remnant Low Pressure over the mountainous terrain of Southern Taiwan…about 50 km NW of Taitung, Taiwan  [8AM Nov 17: 23.1°N 120.8°E @ 35-55 kph].  Forecast Confidence:  MEDIUM
