Current Status & Outlook | OFEL (USAGI) is now decaying over Luzon Strait, just west of Batanes, just a Severe Tropical Storm. Further weakening is expected within the next 2 days, with complete dissipation after it makes landfall over Southern Taiwan on Sunday.
